摘要
高等院校校内实训室兼有教学与企业经营的双重属性,在校内实训室营造浓厚的企业文化氛围既是教育教学的需要,也是生产经营的需要。高职院校应加强校内实训室引入企业文化的内涵建设,引入企业文化与引入企业师资并举,建设符合企业实际的生产经营性校内实训室,突出企业文化特色,避免雷同。
The paper lists that the duel functions campus-based training centers should perform： training and business operating. Thus, it is necessary to introduce corporate culture in the training center for better soft landing of graduate-to-be . Therefore the paper suggests efforts that higher vocational education should make in this field.
