摘要
双张检测器是印刷机最基本的检测装置。本文在总结现有双张控制方法的特点和不足的基础上提出了一种基于MCS-51单片机的超声波双张检测方法,并对该方法的检测原理、硬件电路、检测程序做了详细的论述。该方法具有结构简单、成本低廉、便于扩展的特点。
Double sheets detector is a basic detecting device of printing machine. This paper summarizes the characteristics and disadvantages of double sheets control methods in existence, puts forward a method of double sheets detecting with ultrasonic based on 51 single chip microcomputer including the detecting principle, hardware circuit and detecting program. This method is simple, cheap and easy to extend.
