功能训练对脑梗死大鼠钙调神经磷酸酶水平影响的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨功能训练对局灶性脑梗死后大鼠钙调神经磷酸酶(Calcineurin,CaN)水平的影响。方法采用局灶性大脑中动脉闭塞动物模型,运用免疫荧光染色技术,检测功能训练对脑梗死不同时间内CaN-A水平变化情况。结果功能训练6~72h梗死灶周围区CaN水平渐升高,并在功能训练第3天CaN水平达到高峰,第7天逐渐回落,但仍保持较高水平,均明显高于制动组(P<0.05)。结论局灶性脑梗死后功能训练通过调节CaN的去磷酸化水平,达到保护缺血神经元损伤的目的,促进运动功能的恢复。 Objective To study changes of calcineurin level and effects of rehabilitative training in focal cerebral infarction in rats. Methods The model of focal middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) was established. The expression of CaN was measured by immunofluorescent staining method. Results The level of CaN gradually increased for post-ischemic 6~72h,reaching its maximum after MCAO for 3 day(P〈0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that rehabilitative training protects ischemic neurons from damaging by adjusting the level of CaN and promotes the recovery of rat motor functions.
