摘要
桃小食心虫在杏树上1年发生1代,越冬幼虫出土和成虫发生期均较苹果桃小食心虫早半个多月。1993~1996年调查结果表明,第1代幼虫滞育率达99%左右,近乎专性滞育。在室内21℃和光照时数14.5~15.5h范围内试验,杏桃小食心虫幼虫的滞育几乎不受光周期的影响。它的越冬幼虫和刚出土幼虫的酯酶同工酶和苹果桃小食心虫均有较大差别。作者还提出了杏园桃小食心虫的防治意见。
The peach fruit borer (PFB) , Carposina sasakii Matsumura is mostly one generation per year on apricot tree in Shaanxi Province. The time when its overwintering larvae come out of the ground and occurrence period of adults are all half a month or more earlier than those of the same insect pest damaged on apple tree. By the test results in 1993- 1996, the diapause rate of first generation larvae was nearly up to 99% or so, i.e. closed to obligatory diapause. Under 21 ℃ indoor temperature and 14. 5 - 15. 5 h/day of photo times, the diapause of PFB larvae on apricot was nearly not effected by the photoperiocis. The esterase isozymes of its overwintering larvae and the larvae just came out of the ground were significantly different from those of PFB on apple. Some suggestions on the comrol of PFB on apricot were proposed.
