摘要
将影响工程进度的因素归纳为八个方面,针对不同的因素和不同的工程提出具体方案。结合工程实际,论述了各因素的影响以及降低其影响的具体措施和效果。
The paper summarizes the factors, which influence project schedule, into eight aspects, and puts forward specific countermeasures to different factors and projects. With actual project practice, it also discusses the influence of each factor and the measures to be taken to reduce such impact.
