大剂量托瑞米芬加NP方案治疗48例非小细胞肺癌的毒性反应观察

Toxicity of High-dose Toremifene Combined with NP Regimen Chemotherapy in 48 Cases with Advanced NSCLC

摘要 [目的]探讨大剂量托瑞米芬(480mg/d)加长春瑞滨和顺铂(NP方案)联合化疗的毒性反应。[方法]48例晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者随机分为两组。治疗组采用大剂量托瑞米芬+NP方案。对照组仅用NP方案治疗。每次化疗前后记录临床症状、体征,心电图,抽血化验肝、肾功能、电解质、血常规等。化疗2个周期后评价毒副反应。[结果]两组药物毒副反应较轻,主要是骨髓抑制和消化道反应。轻度肝功能损害14例,占29.2%。轻度肾功能损害1例,占2.1%。静脉炎4例,占8.3%。心脏毒性反应5例,占10.4%。无治疗相关性死亡,两组药物毒副反应无显著性差异。[结论]大剂量托瑞米芬联合NP方案治疗NSCLC安全有效,毒副作用可以耐受。
