摘要
用直流离子束共溅射技术溅射Co-Ag复合靶,制备了一系列Co含量不同的颗粒膜,薄膜厚度约为400nm,含Co的体积比从0.03到0.84。在室温下,测量了Co-Ag颗粒膜的极克尔角θk的磁光谱,测量的波长范围从400mm到850mm。当外磁场大小为1.0T并且方向垂直于膜面时,得到的最大克尔角为0.28°,结果显示在颗粒膜极克尔旋转中,钴颗粒的浓试和微结构起重要作用。
Granular cobalt films about 400nm thick and ranging in composition from 003~084 fraction by volume of cobalt have been prepared by cosputtering cobalt and silver from mosaic targetPolar Kerr rotation spectra of CoAg granular films were measured in the wavelength region between 400nm and 850nm at room temperatureA maximum Kerr rotation angle(θk) of 028° was obtained when a magnetic field of 10T was applied perendicular to the film plane.The results indicate that the density of Co particles and the microstructure between Co particles and Ag matrix may play an important role in the Kerr rotation of graunlar films.
