基于PLC的弹药准备作业系统设计

摘要 讨论了弹药准备作业系统的设计,该系统由弹药清洗工位、弹药风干工位、防潮盖旋卸工位、称重工位、喷字和打标工位、储弹及分组工位等6个工位及自动传输线机构和电控系统组成;整个系统实现了自动传输、自动检测;控制系统采用了可变程序逻辑控制器(PLC)控制各工位和工作站,每一个工位都有自己的PLC控制系统,而总体也由一个PLC系统来控制,然后把信号输入工业计算机,由人在计算机上给出指令,处理数据,进行人机对话,实现了系统的自动化过程。 This paper is mainly about the design of ammunition preparation operating system. According to the requirement of the system, the ammunition preparation operating system is composed of 6 positions : rinsing ammunition, airing ammunition, moistureproofing, weighing, point spraying an marking, storing, as autopiling line and electronic-controlling system.The ammunition preparation system makes autopiling and autotest realize. It applies Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)to control each of positions and work stations, with each having its own PLC eontrolling system and one PLC system controlling the whole system. Signals are input into the industrial computer and instruction is given on the computer by human beings. After the conduction of data,the man-machine interaction is undertaken and the automation process of the ammunition preparation operating system is therefore fulfilled.
