摘要
以微细铣削数控机床的运动控制为研究对象,采用基于PC加PMAC运动控制卡构成的开放式数控系统和Windows作为数控系统的软件开发平台,开发了基于PC机的开放式三轴微铣削机床数控系统,该系统采用模块化思想,主要工作包括手摇脉冲发生器驱动模块、G代码转换模块、刀轨仿真模块、超程控制等模块的设计,具有很强的可操作性及较高的开放性和实用价值。
Motion control of micro-milling machine was regarded as a research object, the open numericaal control system based on PC and PMAC motion control card and Windows were used as its software development platform, and the open numerical control system of three-axis micro-milling machine was developed, the modularization was adopted in its system, the main works involve the modules such as driving module of hand-held pulse generator, G code-switching module, cutting-tool imitating module, remote contrnlling, and etc., which have a strong maneuverability, higher open and practical values.
