摘要
在中苏两国"蜜月"期的短暂边界安宁之后,随着中苏两党论争的不断升级、两国间裂痕的不断扩大,双方关于边界问题的争执也随之而起,边界冲突也日渐激烈。迫于严峻的边界局势,双方终于开始了首轮边界谈判。然而,由于观点分歧太大,谈判终于无果而终。
Mter a brief boundary peace in the Sino- Soviet “honeymoon” period, along with continuously upgrade of two party＇s argument and continuously enlargement of two countries＇ chasm, the dispute about boundary issue has began to rise up between the two sides, and the boundary conflict also became more intense. Because of the severe situation in the border, the two sides finally began the first- run negotiation. However, owing to the views diverged so greatly, the negotiation has no effect in the end.
