摘要
作为新型的SOC片上型混合信号单片机,C8051F系列产品已经被广泛应用到了智能控制仪表,嵌入式设备,消费电子等领域。提出了一种利用C8051F单片机内部可在线编程的FLASH存储器来设计IAP系统的方法,以C8051F020单片机为例,设计其IAP应用系统,对系统的硬件原理,单片机软件流程,传输错误控制等内容进行了详细阐述,使系统实现稳定可靠的代码维护和升级。
As 8 -bit high speed mixed -signal microcontroUers integrated with digital and analog peripherals, C8051F devices are used widely in intelligent instrument, embed device and so on. A methodof In - Application programming system with this ISP FLASH microcontroller was provided in this paper. Based on C8051f020, the hardware structure, the flowchart of MCU＇ s routine and the error detection capability in FLASH programming were described in details to make the IAP operation be stable and reliable.
