摘要
区域低碳创新系统的构建是应对全球气候变化的有效区域响应机制。区域低碳创新系统的结构可以从构成要素和网络结构两种视角进行分析,并构建区域低碳创新系统结构与功能的互动关联模型。在全球气候变化背景下,区域低碳创新系统结构-功能模型的运行机制主要包括构建低碳知识生产机制、低碳创新学习与服务机制、低碳创新信任与宣传机制等。
The regional low - carbon innovation system is constructed the effective regional response mechanism to deal with the global climate change. From the two perspective analysis of the constituent elements and the network structures of the regional low - carbon in- novation system ,we explore the interaction of the structure and function and the associated model of the regional low -carbon innovation system. Based on the context of global climate change, the operating mechanisms of the structure - functional model of the regional low - carbon innovation system includes： the mechanism to build low - carbon knowledge production, the mechanism to study and service of low - carbon innovation, the mechanism to trust and promote low carbon innovation.
