摘要
液压缸作为液压系统的执行元件,属于故障多发部位。维修液压缸时通常需要将其拆卸解体,为降低检修劳动强度、提高生产效率,设计开发出了一套新型的液压缸拆卸设备,由工作缸和待拆卸缸组成,工作缸的快速伸出、慢速伸出、慢速退回由液压系统控制实现,并介绍了电气控制系统设计原理。经实践检验,该液压缸拆卸设备结构合理、制作简单、成本低,能够满足生产实际需要,且性能优良。
Hydraulic cylinder is an easy fault occurring element to a hydraulic system. The hydraulic cylinder is usually disassembled at the repairing stage. In order to reduce the working intensity and increase the efficiency of producing, a novel hydraulic cylinder disassembly device is designed and developed, it is made up of a working cylinder and a cylinder needed to be repaired. The working cylinder can move forward lastly and slowly, and return slowly, which are controlled by a hydraulic system. Also, the article introduces the electric control principle. In practice, the disassembly device is simple in structure, and has low cost. It can well satisfy the need of producing, and it has well performance.
