摘要
模块化设计有简化设计过程、实现资源共享、加快产品开发速度、提高生产效率等优点。文章分析了零件表面形成三要素理论,在微软的公用组件对象模型的技术规范和设计思想的基础上,提出了以三要素功能模块为划分标准的Windows操作系统下基于组件技术的线切割机床开放式数控系统的硬件、软件结构设计模型,并详细阐述了系统各模块设计的要点。为使CNC系统具有用户可以介入设计、可持续开发、功能可重构重组、可扩展打下了基础。
Modular design can simply design process,realize resource share,quicken product developing cycle, and improve productivity.The article analyses three_element theory on part surface forming,puts forward the software and hardware structure design model of open_type linear cutting machine CNC system,under Windows operating system based on three elements function module and components technology,and analyzes the essentials of each module.Therefore,the user can intervene in design,sustainably develop,rebuild functions,expend design.
