摘要
慢性乙型肝炎可分为HBeAg阳性和HBeAg阴性两类，我国HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎患者比例不断增加，本文对HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎的流行病学、发病机制、自然病程、预后、治疗等研究现状予以综述。
The chronic hepatitis B is consist of two kinds,ie HBeAg（ ＋ ）and HBeAg（ - ）. HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B is widespread worldwide. The epidemiology, pathogenesis, natural history, prognosis and treatment of HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B have significant difference with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B. This article reviewed the related literatures in recent years.
