摘要
我国拥有庞大的高血压人群,高血压是导致心脑血管事件的重要危险因素之一。近年相继出现的大规模临床试验结果以及高血压指南使以往的高血压控制原则和用药方案得以更新。现将以循证医学证据和更新的高血压指南为依据,对降压治疗的原则和趋势进行综述,为临床合理、有效降压提供依据。
There are many patients with hypertension in our country. Hypertension is one of the most important risk factors leading to cardiovascular events. Recently, many clinical trials and guidelines on hypertension have renewed the principles of blood pressure control and drug choice in patients with hypertension. This article reviews the renewed principals and trends for blood pressure control through reasonable and effective strategies.
