摘要
目的:探讨对糖尿病患者家属实施健康教育影响病人生活质量情况。方法:选择住院糖尿病患者60例,随机分成对照组和观察组,两组患者均接受健康教育,观察组同时实施家属健康教育。在患者入院时及入院后第7周,应用生活质量指数评定表,分别对两组患者生活质量进行评分。结果:第7周时,组间比较,观察组总体生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P(0.05);组内比较,观察组总体生活质量明显高于入院时(P(0.05)。结论:对糖尿病患者家属实施健康教育,可提高患者家属对疾病认识程度,积极参与治疗、护理过程,从而提高患者生活质量。
Objective： To investigate the influence to quality of diabetes patients＇ life when healthy education to patients＇ family members was practiced. Method： 60 cases of diabetes patients in hospital were divided into control group and study group at random. All patients of two groups accepted healthy education. Meanwhile, family members of patients in study group accepted healthy education. On admission and on the 7th week, patients of two groups were demanded to fill in questionnaire about quality of life, and index number about quality of life was graded and compared in two groups. Result： On the 7th week, patients＇ quality of life in study group were obviously better than in control group. There was statistical distinction between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In study group, patients＇ quality of life on the 7th week obviously better than on admission （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： If diabetes patients＇ family members accepted healthy education, their recognition degree to diabetes would be improved and they would positively partieipate in the process of therapy and nursing care which would improve diabetes patients＇ quality of life.
