摘要
以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央依据马克思主义哲学"总的量变过程中部分质变"的原理,在分析新世纪新阶段阶段性特征的基础上提出了科学发展观,这体现了马克思主义与时俱进的理论品质。科学发展观的每一个内容都可以在党的三代领导集体思想中找到理论渊源,同时又有新的理论提升。科学发展观是破解发展难题的强大理论武器,是全面建设小康社会的根本指针,是凝聚人心民意的强大精神力量。
Based on the analysis of the stage characteristics of the new century and new stage and Marxism philosophy principle, the new central committee with Hu Jin - tao as the general secretary puts forward the scientific development view, which embodies Marxist theoretical quality of developing with time, every con- tent of the scientific development view is from three generation leadership collective of the Party, meanwhile it is promoted from the perspective of theory. The scientific development view is the powerful theoretical weapon of the solution of problems, is the basic guideline of the comprehensive construction well - off society, and is the strong spiritual force for the condensation of human hearts and public opinions.
