摘要
为了实现内燃机专用清洗设备的实时监测与控制,采用了三菱FX2N可编程控制器及其A/D模块作为控制器件,完成了该设备控制系统的硬件和软件设计,实现了对设备作业的自动控制和清洗液温度的控制。实际应用结果表明,该控制系统能准确控制清洗液温度,并提高了作业的质量和效率。
Aiming at realizing real time supervising and controlling the special cleaning equipment for engine, using Mitsubishi FX2N programmable logic controller （PLC） and A/D module as the eontroller, the hardware and software of the control system were developed for the equipment. The temperature control of the liquid, and the automation were realized. The running results show that the control system can get the accurate temperature of the liquid, and the working quality and efficiency are improved.
