Hardware design of control system for the magnetic floating bearing

摘要 针对以数字信号处理器(DSP)为控制核心的五自由度磁悬浮轴承控制系统,采用了数字PID控制算法进行控制,给出了控制系统的硬件结构、相关硬件电路的具体分析及改进的过流保护电路。基于LabVIEW设计了轴心轨迹监控系统前面板,实现了对磁悬浮转子的实时控制及监控。实验结果表明,该磁悬浮轴承控制系统能够满足控制要求和实现对控制对象的实时监控。 Aiming at the five - degree freedom magnetic floating bearing system which based on the control core digital siginal processor(DSP) , using the digital PID control algorithm, the control systerm's hardware structure,the relevant hardware circuits and the improved overcurrent protection circuit were developed. The front panel's unique design plan based on LabVIEW was im- proved to control and monitor the magnetic floating rotator. The test results indicate that the hardware design of control systerm can satisfy the control need and realize the real time monitor to the control object.
