试验鸭为300只1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭SM3,随机分为10个处理。处理1~10组日粮中分别含有0、2、5、10、20、50、100、200、500和1000mg/kg的三聚氰胺,以研究饲喂不同水平三聚氰胺的试验日粮后在肉鸭组织中的残留量。在肉鸭1~42日龄,处理1~10组肉鸭分别饲喂含有不同水平三聚氰胺的试验日粮;在肉鸭43~49日龄,各处理组肉鸭均饲喂不含三聚氰胺的日粮。在肉鸭的14、28、42和49日龄,每个处理随机选取3只试验鸭,屠宰,取胸肉、肝脏和肾脏,用于三聚氰胺的残留测定。结果表明,用三聚氰胺含量≤50mg/kg的日粮饲喂肉鸭42d后,在胸肉、肝脏和肾脏中均未检出含有三聚氰胺;当日粮中三聚氰胺含量≥100mg/kg,肉鸭组织中三聚氰胺的残留量随日粮中三聚氰胺含量的升高而线性升高(P<0.05);在含有高水平三聚氰胺的日粮组中(500和1000mg/kg),肉鸭胸肉、肝脏和肾脏中三聚氰胺残留量不同,以肾脏中的较高(P>0.05);43日龄开始饲喂不含三聚氰胺的日粮7d后,各组织中均未检出含有三聚氰胺。
An experiment was conducted to determine the residual levels of melamine in tissues of ducks fed diets with different levels of melamine. 300 one--day-age ducks (Cherry Valley duck SM3)were assigned to 10 dietary treatments. The ten experimental diets contained 0,2,5,10,20,50,100,200,500,1 000 mg of melamine/kg of feed respectively. These test feeds were fed from Day 1 to 42,followed by a 7--d withdrawal period. Three ducks were randomly selected from each treatment and euthanized by cervical dislocation on Day 14,28,42,49. Tissue samples from the breast meat,liver,and kidney were collected for determination of residual melamine levels. Results showed that melamine concentration lower than 50 mg/kg in duck feed fed for a period of 42 days could not induce a detectable level of melamine residual in duck tissues. Melamine residual levels in duck tissues increased linearly with levels of melamine in feeds higher than 100 mg/kg (P〈0.05 ). At higher dietary content (500,1 000 mg/kg) ,melamine residual levels varied in different tissues,kidney accumulates the highest concentration of melamine,followed by liver and breast meat (P〉0.05). After a 7-d withdrawal period,melamine was not detected in duck tissues in this study.
