胎膜早破对母儿影响的临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨胎膜早破的病因及其对妊娠母体、胎儿、新生儿的影响。方法:对2006年1月～2007年12月在该院住院分娩的胎膜早破孕妇251例进行回顾分析。结果:251例胎膜早破与同期无胎膜早破者1328例相比较,剖宫产、胎儿窘迫、早产、产褥病率、产后出血率明显增加。结论:感染因素和宫腔手术是胎膜早破的主要原因,胎膜早破可致婴儿并发症增加,加强孕前、孕期检查及预防宣教可降低胎膜早破的发生率,确保母婴安全。
