摘要
采用乳化聚合法选用不同物质及条件制备小牛血去蛋白组分聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒,通过在透射电镜下观察其形态、高效液相测定包封率和载药量、正交设计法优化制备工艺,结果确定乳化聚合法制备的小牛血去蛋白组分聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒最佳制备工艺为:盐酸调节的pH值为2,搅拌速度为700r/min,搅拌时间为2h.在此条件下制备的小牛血去蛋白组分聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒载药量为85.8%.可见聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯已成功包合小牛血去蛋白组分.
This paper presents the preparation of PBCA (polybutylcyanoacrylate) nanosphere extracted from deproteinated calf blood. The PBCA nanosphere extraeted from deproteinated calf blood is prepared, using the emulsified polymerization method, selecting different materials and conditions. The nanosphere shape can be observed under the transmission electron microscope, the drug-1 and last, the preparation process is optimized by oading rate and entrapment rate can be tested by HPLC method, orthogonal design method. The optimal process for the preparation of PBCA nanosphere extracted from deproteinated calf blood is confirmed : using hydrochloric acid to adjust value pH to 2, stirring for 2 h at a rate of 700 rotations per minute. Under such conditions, the drug-loading rate of the PBCA nanosphere extracted from deproteinated calf blood is 85.8%. It can be seen that PBCA has contained the components of deproteinated calf blood successfully.
