摘要
快速的城市化进程,使得我国许多中小城市的空间规模不断扩大,原先的城市门户地区渐渐融入城市中心区域,街道性质由公路转变为城市道路。当前大多数街景规划偏重于表皮设计,需改变传统的规划思维模式,以街区为规划对象,采取整合、有机的设计思路,系统考虑功能、交通、景观和环境,分层次分解规划任务,以过程控制应对长效管理。
An abundance of medium and small-sized cities in China are developing with a distinctively rapid urban expansion. As these cities grow their previous urban fringe areas are quickly becoming part of the urban center, resulting in city streets as the primary urban gateways. Current streetscape designs are essentially superficial ＂facial＂ treatments and must be reformed. Streetscape planning should integrate function, transportation, landscape, and environment into a procedure useful for managing long term development.
