结合具体的工程实例,阐述了工程索赔原则及具体操作步骤,就索赔管理及索赔存在的误区作了概括,并指出只要充分理解施工图纸、技术规范及业主、监理、施工单位签订的合同及相关文件,在索赔工作中做到有理、有据,将会有更多的索赔项目被受理。
Combined with practical construction example, project claim principle and operation steps are elaborated. The according to misun- derstandings existed in claim management discussion is made. The author points out that construetion drawing, technical specifications, contracts and other related documents which is signed by owner, supervisor and construction unit, should be well understood to ensure rationality and reliability in claim work so that more claim projects will be dealt with.
