摘要
从北京城市土地与交通发展现状入手,重点剖析了在规划实施过程中二者相互不协调的现象,总结了国内外城市在促进城市土地与交通协调发展的实施政策、机制、方法等方面的成功经验,提出改善现行相关政策法规、管理机制和实施策略的措施建议,以实现土地与交通协调发展。
The paper started from urban land and traffic development status in Beijing, their non-coordination phenomenon in planning implementing process was emphasis analyzed. The successful experience of promoting urban land and traffic coordinated development in policy, mechanism and methods at home and abroad city were generalized. The suggestions about improving existing related policy law, management mechanism and implementing strategy were proposed, so as to realize coordination development of land and traffic.
