摘要
人类社会中最早出现的烹饪饮事用具,无疑是陶器质地的饮具,产生于数千年前新石器时代的陶鬲、陶斝、陶鼎、陶鬶、陶盉等饮具用品为早期人类摄入熟蛋白,改善营养状况,从而促进人类社会的进步,发展,立下了汗马功劳。但是在人类社会进入金属时代之后,由于金属制品坚固耐用、热的传递快等优点,在历史上又先后出现过青铜、铅、铁、锡、锑材料制作的饮具,并迅速成为饮具的主流产品,特别是近百年来,由于炼铝工业的巨大发展。
Metel cooking utensils which are used widely by us will be replaced by ceramics ones. The fact that touching metels for a long time is harmful to our health has made ceramics become the best materials for daily-use. This article has dealt with the fashioning design as well as the manufacturing process of the new utensils.
