摘要
目的:观察伊贝沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗原发性高血压的效果。方法:选取2006年5月～2008年4月我社门诊高血压患者50例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用伊贝沙坦150mg,美托洛尔(倍他乐克)25mg,每天上午一次口服;对照组单用伊贝沙坦150mg,每天上午一次口服,观察8周时的血压。结果:服药8周后血压均明显下降,治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用伊贝沙坦和美托洛尔联合治疗高血压安全、有效且经济,值得推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effective about the combination of Irbesartan and Metoprolo in treatment primary hypertension. Methods： Selected 50 cases of hypertension patients from outpatient department during May 2006 to April 2008, randomly divided these patiens into 2 groups. The therapy group was given Irbesartan 150 mg, Metoprolo 25 mg, one time AM; the control group only used Irbesartan 150 mg, one time AM, then observed the bloodpressure after 8 weeds. Results： After 8 weeks, two groups＇ pressure obviously declined, the therpy group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of Irbesartan and Metoprolo for treatment primary hypertension is salty, effective and worthy to popularized.
