摘要
[目的]探讨胸腰椎的椎旁肌间隙入路治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床价值。[方法]应用胸腰椎的椎旁肌间隙入路治疗胸腰椎骨折患者35例。[结果]本组35例患者,手术结果优良。手术时间、术中出血明显低于开放手术。术后无1例患者出现手术切口感染及周缘皮肤坏死,均一期愈合。[结论]胸腰椎的椎旁肌间隙入路治疗胸腰椎骨折具有术中出血量少、创伤小、术后恢复快、短期疗效确切等优点。
[Objective] To observe the clinical value of treating thoracolumbar fractures from thoracolumbar vertebra-side muscle clearance. [Method] Apply the method above to the said 35 patients, evaluate the operation time and inter-operation bleeding, make periodic check and follow-up to 30 cases therein, compared with traditional spinal path. [Result] In 35 cases, the operation had good result; the operation time and bleeding were markedly less than open operation. There＇s no patient having cut infection or edge skin putrescence, all were cured in first stage. All cases were followed up for 6-9m, 7.4m in average, except for one case having slight＇pain in the operated spot, others had no pain. [Conclusion] The said method has the advantages of little bleeding, small trauma, quick recovery, definite short cure effect for thoracolumbar fractures.
