摘要
目的了解综合性医院护士对抑郁症知识的知晓状况。方法采用综合性医院心理保健知识知晓率调查问卷,在省市级三级甲等综合性医院的护士中随机调查,共收回有效问卷236份。结果护士对抑郁症的知晓率偏低,如慢性病伴发抑郁障碍的知晓率为33.5%、抑郁症出现睡眠障碍的知晓率为17.8%、首次发作维持用药时间的知晓率为10.6%。结论对综合性医院护士加强精神卫生知识培训很有必要。
Objective To study the awareness status of knowledge on depression for nurses in general hospitals. Method Investigate nurses in high level general hospitals randomly by Awareness Rate of Knowledge on Mental Health Protection in General Hospitals Questionnaire. 238 valid questionnaires are received. Result Awareness rate of depression for nurses is low. For example, the awareness rate of chronic diseases with depression is 33.5% and depression with sleeping disorders is 17. 8%. The rate of sustaining administration time for the first episode is only 10. 6%. Conclusion It＇s necessary to enhance the education on mental health knowledge for nurses in general hospitals.
