摘要
为了解决混凝土结构耐久性试验的相似性问题,以海洋环境中氯盐在混凝土中扩散的工程实际为背景,分析沿海混凝土结构所处不同环境区域(水下区、潮差区、浪溅区和大气区)中氯离子的侵蚀机理和现场环境参数(氯离子质量分数、温度、湿度、干湿循环等)的影响.对不同试验环境区域,模拟现场环境参数并改变参数提高氯盐侵蚀速率,制定加速试验方案.通过将试验数据和从实际工程现场采集数据的对比分析,验证和修正人工气候模拟加速试验中的参数设置,同时分析各参数对侵蚀机理的敏感性和相互关系.
To obtain the similarity relationship between the indoor and onsite durability tests, the ingress mechanisms of chloride ion in various environments (submersion zone, tidal zone, splash zone and atmosphere) and the environmental elements (chloride concentration, temperature, humidity, wetting-drying cycle) were discussed by investigating a practical coastal concrete structure. On the basis of the environmental parameters from real marine environments, an indoor simulating test with the magnified environmental parameters was designed, in which, the ingress rate of chloride ion was accelerated. By comparing the results from the accelerated test and the onsite investigation, the environmental parameters of the accelerated test can be modified. The sensitivity of every parameter and their relationships with the erosion mechanisms can be analyzed.
