摘要
在分析煤矿安全事故及损失的基础上,得出目前安全投入的五个因素,并利用灰色关联分析,从理论上计算出影响煤矿安全事故及损失的主次因素,从而给煤矿提供了安全投入资金分配的理论依据,为避免煤矿大量资金的投资流失,获得最佳投入分配、最小的事故损失提供了理论基础。
On the base of the analysis of coal mine safety accidents and losses, we obtain five factors on the present safety investment. In theory, we calculate the all factors impacting of the coal mine accident and loss by using the gray connection analysis. So providing a theoretical basis for the distribution of funds and avoiding substantial capital losses of the safe investment, getting the best investment and the least accident losses.
