摘要 "双师型"教师队伍从提出开始就成为高职学院教师队伍建设的方向,一直是研究的热点。"新双师"教师是在职教师和兼职专家组建的"黄金搭档",能够最大限度地发挥在职教师的理论优势和兼职教师的技能优势。新"双师型"教师的来源、培养途径与方法是:请进来,优化师资队伍结构;走出去,与生产劳动相结合;聘专家,紧盯专业技术发展走向;抓培训,不断增强实效性;创特色,不断提高竞争能力。 Double-qualified teachers has become a hot topic and pointed out the direction for teaching staff of vocational college.New double-qualified teachers are golden partner combined full-time teachers and part-time experts,which can exert the theoretical advantage of full-time teachers and the vocational advantage of part-time experts to the greatest extent.The source and developing method of new double-qualified teachers are to import the talents to optimize teaching structure,to export talents to combine with productive labor,to invite the experts to focus on developing trend of professional techniques,to stress training to increase effectiveness,and to make innovation to increase competitive ability.
