摘要
电压质量反映电力企业的管理水平,无功电力平衡是保证电压质量的基本条件,由无功分层、分区、分散平衡的特点所决定的电力系统无功电压管理是一个系统工程。简要介绍张家口冬季电网无功、电压管理的调整方法,阐明了正常方式下无功电压的控制原则,提出了实际运行时的注意事项及控制措施。
Power quality could represent management level of power utility and reactive power balance is essential for power quality. Reactive power and voltage management which was layering, regional, distributed was substantially an engineering system. Control methods of reactive power and voltage management of Zhangjiakou Grid in winter were briefly introduced as well as control principle under normal operation. Meanwhile attentions and control measures un- der practical operation were proposed.
