摘要
为了研究坡莫合金压磁式测力传感器的重复特性,并比较不同频率下传感器特性的变化,在不同的预载荷、不同的测力范围,不同的励磁频率条件下对所设计的坡莫合金压磁传感器进行了重复性实验分析与研究。采用标准误差作为衡量传感器重复性的指标,由压力机配合测力环加载,通过交流电桥读取传感器的电感量。实验表明:最大载荷一定时,预载力的提高可以减小传感器的重复性误差,但当预载力增大到一定程度后,继续加载,传感器的重复性误差不再减小,基本保持不变;最大载荷的增大使传感器的重复性误差增大。
To study the repeatability of the Fe-Ni alloy magneto-elastic force transducer and compare the repeatability changes of the sensor under different frequency conditions, this paper presented some experimental analysis and researches on the repeatability characteristic of the designed Fe-Ni alloy magneto-elastic force transducer under the conditions of different pre-load, different load scope and different magnetizing frequency. It utilized standard error to indicate the repeatability of the sensor, chose pressing machine equipped with ring dynamometer to load the sensor and applied the alternating current bridge to read the magnetizing inductance of the sensor. It was found that an increase in pre-load with a certain maximum load would decrease the repeatability error of the sensor. When the pre-load increased to a certain degree, continuing to increase pre-load could not reduce the repeatability error of the sensor, which remained unchanged on the whole. The increase in the maximum load would increase the repeatability error of the sensor.
