摘要 提出了相变控温储能材料机敏控制混凝土结构温度裂缝新的技术途径,介绍了大体积混凝土相变控温材料的特点和选用原则。石蜡掺入混凝土或砂浆中的方法有质量代砂法和体积代砂法,试验结果表明,体积代砂法的和易性和强度均优于质量代砂法,且从压汞试验证明,体积代砂法砂浆的孔结构特征更合理。 A new method is proposed to control temperature cracks smartly in concrete, using PCM (phase change material). The paper introduces characteristics of PCM used in mass concrete and the selection principles. Different substitute methods were studied,including sand substitute by mass method and sand substitute by volume method. The results showed that method of sand substitute by volume is better than that of by mass. Mercury intrusion porosimeter was used to analyze pore structure of mortar, and results showed that mortar using sand substitute by volume method has a better pore distribution than that of mass method.
