摘要
中保温墙板能有机结合组成材料的各自优点,避免目前其它外墙板存在的问题。基于已有的中保温墙板试验,采用有限元分析方法研究其承载力和保温隔热耦合性能。利用试验数据建立并校验计算模型,通过有限元受力计算和热稳态分析,探讨墙板的肋宽和肋数对其承载力和保温隔热耦合性能的影响,并给出中保温墙板轴心受压承载力计算公式和相应的构造建议。结果表明,通过合理构造,这类墙板可较好地发挥其承载力和保温隔热耦合性能,建议的计算公式可用于这类墙板承载力的计算。
Wall panels with internal insulation (WPII) can make full use of their composite material properties to easily solve the troublesome problems existing in other wall panels. Based on available WPⅡ's test results, its coupling properties of the ultimate loading capacity with the heat insulation were studied by using finite element analysis method. The WPⅡ's calculation model was first built up and verified by the known test results, then through the finite element analysis on its mechanical properties and thermal transfer and steady state, the effect of rib's width and amount on the WPⅡ's coupling properties between the ultimate loading capacity and the heat insulation is examined, and the predicting formulas for the ultimate loading capacity are developed and the corresponding section detailing is suggested as well. It can be shown that the WPⅡ can take full advantage of its coupling properties between the ultimate loading capacity and the heat insulation only via proper section detailing, and the suggested formulas can be used for calculating the WPII's ultimate loading capacity.
