摘要
以攀枝花电厂低钙粉煤灰为原料,制备水泥基粉煤灰防水涂料。研究了粉煤灰改性、激发效果;激发剂配比、涂料组成配比对防水涂料性能的影响。通过试验,获得了具有较好防水效果、高粉煤灰掺量、高附加值的水泥基粉煤灰防水涂料,其15d性能参数为:抗压强度22.18MPa,抗折强度4.5MPa,抗渗压力1.2MPa,渗透压力比400%,其28d性能优于GB18445—2001《水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料》标准规定。
This paper takes the low calcium fly ash of Panzhihua Power Plant as raw material,to prepare cement-based fly ash waterproof coating. The experiment has studied the modification and activation of fly ash,and impacts of activator ratio and coating composition ratio on the coating product performance.Through the experiment,fly ash cement-based waterproof coating with good waterproof effect,high-volume and high value-added has been obtained,whose 15 d performance parameters are as follows: compressive strength 22.18 MPa,flexural strength 4.5 MPa,impermeability pressure 1.2 MPa,permeability pressure ratio 400%. The 28 d value is better than that specified in standard GB 18445--2001"Cementitious Capillary Crystalline Waterproofing Coating Materials".
