摘要
通过对河北省西北部贫困山区中小学体育教师继续教育的现状调查,分析制约河北省贫困山区中小学在体育继续再教育的因素有个人可支配的时间少,领导不重视,制度不完善,经费缺乏等,并提出了加强体育教师继续教育的建设等对策和建议。
By probing into the problems in the physical education in Primary and Middle schools in depressed areas in Hebei province, the article gives a thorough analysis of the present situation of continuing physical education. The main problems are the limitation of time governed by individuals, lack of attention from by the official, flaws in the institution, shortage of fund and so on. It also puts forward suggestions on constructing the teaching staff.
