摘要
以600名8~13岁的小学生(男生300女生300)为研究对象,利用身体自我描述问卷(PSDQ)来检验实验前后跆拳道修炼与小学生自我概念的关系。结果表明,经过10周跆拳道项目的实验干预,小学生自我概念各个雏度上均发生了相应的变化,尤其在身体健康、身体活动、身体肥胖和身体自尊上变化显著;实验后男女生身体自我概念各维度上存在差异,尤其在身体健康、身体协调、身体自尊上差异显著;在不同锻炼时间上,每周3次45min锻炼要比每周2次60min的锻炼效果显著。鉴于跆拳道修炼对促进小学生自我概念发展的高效能性,有必要组织小学生积极进行锻炼,以提高小学生的身体自我概念。
Take 600 8-13 year-old elementary students (300 boys and 300 girls) as the obSecl of study, the use of physical self-description questionnaire (PSDQ) before and after the experiment to test taekwondo practitioners and primary school students self-concept. The results showed that after 10 weeks of taekwondo experimental intervention, sel5concept of primary and secondary school students on various dimensions have taken place in the corresponding change, especially in health, physical activity, obesity and physical self-esteem on a significant change; experiment after the boys and girls physical self-concept, the dimensions are different. Especially in health, physical coordination, physical self-esteem on a significant difference. Training in different time, 3 times a week for 45 minutes exercise per week than 2 times 60 minutes of exercise a significant effect. In view of the taekwondo practitioners of primary and secondary school students to promote the concept of self-development of high-performance, organizations need to actively train students to improve the health of primary school students self-concept.
