ELISPOT法检测鼻咽癌放疗前后细胞免疫反应的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的:用酶联免疫斑点法(ELISPOT法)检测鼻咽癌患者放射治疗前后免疫反应性的变化,寻找与疗效相关的细胞免疫反应的指标。方法:选择新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院2007年6月至2008年3月由病理确诊的初治鼻咽癌患者21例,用ELISPOT方法检测放射治疗前和放射治疗后3个月患者外周血中分泌IFN-γ的特异性细胞毒性T细胞(CTL细胞)的频数的差异并分析其与近期疗效的关联性。结果:放射治疗后CR18例,PR2例,PD1例;放射治疗后3个月,外周血中分泌IFN-γ的CTL细胞频数有显著增加(P=0.002);不同疗效组之间放射治疗前后的CTL细胞频数变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌患者放射治疗前及放射治疗后3个月,应用ELISPOT方法,检测外周血分泌IFN-γ的CTL细胞数目变化可能有助于临床疗效的判定,为今后个体化免疫治疗方案的实施提供实验室依据。
