聚乙二醇600作用下TiO_2薄膜的制备及光催化性能 被引量:2

摘要 以TiCl4为原料、玻璃载玻片为载体,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了聚乙二醇600(PEG600)作用下的TiO2薄膜.实验发现:经550℃煅烧,得到了锐钛矿与金红石混相的TiO2;随着PEG600含量的增加,金红石相TiO2含量增加,TiO2的形貌由不规则向球状转化,所得TiO2的粒径减小;PEG600的加入,提高了TiO2薄膜的光催化性能. Using Titanium chloride (TiCl4) as the raw material and glass slides as the carriers, TiO2 films were prepared by sol-gel method under the action of polyethylene glycol 600(PEG600). The results showed that mixed crystalline phases of anatase and rutile were obtained after calcining ,at 550℃ . The relative content of ru- tile phase increased with the increasing of PEG600 added. With increasing concentration of PEG600, the shapes of TiO2 transformed from irregular shape to sphere-type particles, and the size became smaller. The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 films added PEG was higher than that of unadded samples.
