摘要
根据南京地铁DTⅥ2型扣件弹条折断情况的统计和分析,发现折断主要集中在小半径曲线地段。从曲线地段轨道振动强烈、弹条安装不规范、设计缺陷、轨道不平顺等方面找出弹条折断的原因,并提出整治弹条折断的措施。如:通过定期对曲线地段钢轨打磨、增加扣件弹性、合理选择轨道减振形式等来减缓曲线地段轨道的振动,规范弹条安装,加强线路养护等。
According to the analysis and statistics of the DT Ⅵ 2 type fastener broken shells in Nanjing Metro, it is clear that the fracture are mainly found in the small radius curve sections,caused by the strong vibration of the track, nonstandard installation, design defects and track irregularity. When the reasons are explained, this paper proposes remediation measures to break the fault, such as regular on-line sections of rail grinding, increasing fastener's flexibility, adopting reasonable orbit forms to stow down the vibration of the track lots in curve sections, establishing norms of the shells and the line conservation,
