摘要
为预防胰十二指肠切除术后胰、胆瘘的发生和减少术后并发症，对12例手术病人采用child术式，并用自行设计的Y型胰胆引流管引流胰液及胆汁，术后无胰瘘和胆瘘发生。此Y型胰胆引流管用实用新型，首次用于胰液、胆汁引流，具有集胰管外引流和胆总管外引流于一体，而确能充分引流胰液和胆汁以预防胰、胆瘘的作用，此方法简便易行，且效果满意，是一种有价值的新方法。
In order to prevent pancreatic and bile fistula and decrease the complication following pancreatoduodenectomy. 12patients were performed by Child's operation with a new manufactured y-tube through draining pancreatic and bile juice outside.Neither pancreatic fistula nor bile fistula happened. This new manufactured y-tube,used in clinic at first time,has the function ofpreventing pancreatic and bile fistula through draining both pancrearic and bile juice outside reasonably. It is a convient,satistyingand valuable method.
