摘要
调查表明,大学生职业生涯规划在个体认知和实施上尚不尽如人意,影响了其作用的发挥.应该充分认识职业生涯规划的意义,多方面、多层次地加强大学生职业生涯规划教育,促进大学生就业和人才培养目标的实现.
Investigations show that the future career planning of college students has been less than satisfactory in individual cognition and implementation, which affects the exertion of its effects. We must fully recognize the significance of future career planning and construct the multilevel and multi-faceted education system of students＇ occupation and career designing, so as to promote the employment of college graduates and the realization of personnel training objectives.
