摘要
城市滨水区的再开发已成为城市建设中的重点之一.阐述了城市滨水区再开发的必要性与国外城市滨水区再开发的新趋势,从经济、社会、生态、历史文化等方面,剖析了国外城市滨水区再开发经验对我国城市滨水区建设的启示,并提出了几项再开发中应遵循的原则.
Urban waterfront redevelopment has now become one of the key projects in the city building. This paper elaborates on the necessity of urban waterfront renewal and the new trend in foreign urban waterfront redevelopment, analyses the enlightenment from foreign redevelopment experiences on our urban waterfront construction from such aspects as economy, society, ecology, history and culture, and presents observable principles in the redevelopment.
