摘要
我国的广播电视大学发展至今,面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。一方面,诸多因素造成了电大生源日渐萎缩,难以为继。另一方面,学习型社会对人才继续教育、终身教育有着巨大的需求。电大唯有找准自身定位,坚持学历教育和非学历教育并举,提升办学质量,适应社会需求,才能与时俱进,实现可持续发展。
The radio and TV university of our country develops so far, face unprecedented challenge and opportunity. On one hand, a great deal of factors have caused the source of students of TV university to shrink day by day, hard to carry on.. On the other hand, the studying type society have enormous demands to continuing education and life-long education. The TV university only finds oneself accurately and makes a reservation, insist that the academic education and non-academic education regards as equally important and develop, promote the quality of running a school, adapt to the social demand, could grow with each passing hour, realize sustainable development.
