摘要
门票收入是2010广州亚运会主要收入之一,门票销售好坏是广州亚运会成败的前提。运用文献资料法和案例分析法,通过对亚运会门票销售影响因素的分析,参照历届奥运会、亚运会门票销售经验,提出广州亚运会门票销售方式为:网上售票;代售网点售票;电话订票;实时售票;分等级销售;团体票销售;通票销售;低票价和打折票销售。针对门票销售中可能存在的问题,提出利用法律和技术手段打击非法倒卖及伪造亚运门票;利用"价格杠杆"来调节门票过冷或过热;加大宣传力度建立票务信息沟通平台;实行优惠政策,增加上座率;成立监督委员会惩办违法违纪问题等方法进行管理。
