摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定镇咳宁糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱含量。方法:色谱条件:C18(5μm,4.6mm×150mm),流动相为乙腈∶0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾(含0.1%三乙胺)=4∶100,流速1mL/min,检测波长210nm,室温测定,结果:盐酸麻黄碱在10～90μg/mL范围内线性良好,r=0.9989,RSD=2.58%。结论:本实验方法简便,结果准确。
To detect ephedrine hydrochloride content from Zhenkening antitussive syrup with high - performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. Chromatographic conditions： C18 （5μm, 4. 6mm × 150mm）, mobile phase of acetonitrile： 0. 02mol / L potassium dilaydrogen phosphate （containing 0. 1% triethylamine） = 4 ： 100, flow rate lmL /main, detection wavelength 210nm, room temperature. The results showed that ephedrine hydrochloride present good linearity in range of 10 - 90 ug / mL （r = 0.9989, RSD = 2.58% ）. The method is simple, accurate and reliable.
