奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉及局部亚低温治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

摘要 目的观察依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠及头颅局部亚低温治疗急性脑梗死(PCI)的疗效和安全性。方法选择发病在48h内的PCI患者随机分组。治疗组在常规治疗基础上静脉滴注依达拉奉同时行亚低温治疗。对患者进行中国卒中量表(CSS)和日常生活活动能力(ADL)的评价神经功能的恢复状况,并监测肝肾功能、血尿常规及心电图。结果治疗组总有效率为91.9%,对照组总有效率为73.1%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉及亚低温治疗PCI患者疗效较好,安全性好。
